Hello! We are a small business, our products are handmade in small batches, hand labeled and then packed up with care. Most orders typically ship out between 2-5 business days + the time it takes in transit depending on what shipping method that was chosen at checkout.

Orders ship Monday-Friday. We do not process orders on the weekend. If you have any questions or need an order by a specific date please don't hesitate to contact us, we are happy to help! nakedgoatfarm@gmail.com or send a message through the website.

Local Pick Up: By selecting this option you agree to pickup at The Naked Goat located in Elbert, Colorado. This option cannot be changed once the order is placed. If you select this option and wanted your order shipped, we will have to cancel the order and you will have to place a new order.

Please make sure all information is correct when placing an order. Please check email address, names, billing and shipping addresses are correct.  Make sure to check your spam folder. You will receive an email when you place an order, when your order ships, when it is out for delivery and when it is delivered. We are not responsible for stolen packages. Please keep track of when your order is being delivered.

Problem product? broken shipment? Because, sometimes things happen.....Send us an email, please include order #, or where you purchased, your name, phone, address and a picture.
