Shipping: Our products are made in small batches weekly. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to ship.  Please plan and allow time for your order to ship out for gifts or a special event. Please contact us if you need an order by a specific date. 

Local Pick Up: By selecting this option you agree to pickup at The Naked Goat located in Elbert, Colorado. This option cannot be changed once the order is placed. If you select this option and wanted your order shipped, we will have to cancel the order and you will have to place a new order.

Please make sure all information is correct when placing an order. Please check email address, names, billing and shipping addresses are correct.  Make sure to check your spam folder. You will receive an email when you place an order, when your order ships, when it is out for delivery and when it is delivered. We are not responsible for stolen packages. Please keep track of when your order is being delivered.

Wholesale orders may take 1-3 weeks to ship depending on the size of the order. Most wholesale orders take about a week to ship out.
