Processing Time Our products are handcrafted in small batches weekly. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. If you need an order by a specific date — for a gift or special event — please contact us in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Local Pickup By selecting local pickup, you agree to collect your order at The Naked Goat in Elbert, Colorado. Please note this option cannot be changed after the order is placed. If you selected pickup but need your order shipped, we'll need to cancel and have you reorder with the correct shipping option.

Order Accuracy Please review your email address, name, billing address, and shipping address carefully before placing your order. You'll receive email updates when your order is placed, shipped, out for delivery, and delivered — be sure to check your spam folder. We are not responsible for stolen packages, so please plan to be available when your delivery is expected.

Wholesale Orders Interested in wholesale? Reach out to us at nakedgoatfarm@gmail.com. Wholesale orders typically ship within 1–2 weeks depending on order size.

Holiday Schedule & Sales Events We close December 23rd – January 3rd so our team can rest and spend time with family. Please place holiday orders by December 15th to ensure timely delivery. Orders placed during peak holiday periods or store sales may experience additional processing time due to higher order volume. We appreciate your patience!
