View your order
Sign in using the email address you used at checkout, then select your order to see its status and available tracking details.
Find your carrier tracking link
Check your shipping confirmation email for the tracking link. Open it to view your shipment details. On your order status page, select the tracking number or carrier link to visit the carrier’s website for the latest available updates.
Can’t find the email? Check your spam or promotions folder, or open the order-status link in your order confirmation.
A few things to know
Tracking is available when a tracking number has been added to your shipment. If your order ships in more than one package, each shipment may have its own tracking link. Updates depend on the carrier and may not appear immediately.
